Join us for an epic day of House clubbing culture and dance! Soulful Sunday, a popular Djoon club program in Paris, is coming to Zagreb on May 19, featuring a House Dance Workshop led by the legendary Kapela.

🌟 Soulful Sunday is an event organized by one of the culture's representatives, Kapela, and has become a focal point among dancers. Kapela is a world-renowned house dancer, also a DJ, who excellently conveys the authentic feeling and experience of house culture. We invite you to join the house dance workshop, followed by a party where dance and socializing are the focus. Since this dance originated in the club, we believe it's necessary to educate about dance from both perspectives. The party will also include exhibition battles, cyphers, showcases and some other dance surprises :)

🚩 The workshop is open to all levels, so don't worry about your level of knowledge of house dance. Kapela is known for adapting his workshops to the majority present in the class.

🎧 At the legendary Soulful Sunday party, Kapela will be behind the DJ booth, along with the local DJ and dancer Lana G, who, like Kapela, is focused on developing music and dance culture in her community.

🌠 Kapela: From being a world-renowned dancer to becoming a passionate DJ, Kapela is known to craft sets with a mix of soothing Soulful House and Afro Deep Tech sounds. He is known to set entire dance floors on fire all over the world, thanks to his energy and love for music and people. Kapela is Love. Kapela surely reads the room and knows how to navigate with the crowd’s energy, building up the heat all day/night long. What thrives Kapela is to bring people together through music. It is all about giving, feeling and connecting with an ultimate goal: Make People Happy.

🌠 Lana G is a DJ passionate about Afro House and African culture. Her journey started with her first love - dancing, through which she became more and more interested in House music and Afro sounds. Eventually she started a collective called Soulectors, that is focused on building the Afro House scene in her hometown Zagreb and organizing Afro & Soulful House events. She recently played in Birmingham and at the world renowned BBE record store in London. In her hometown you can see her playing in popular Zagreb clubs like Funk Club, Peti Kupe, Masters, Melin and Aquarius.
