Refunds for cancelled or postponed events

There are no canceled or postponed events with enabled refunds at this time.

Select the event for which you want a refund:

In order to get a refund for your purchased tickets, please go to your Entrio account at My tickets, sign in with the same login information you purchased tickets with, and find the order you want to refund. Next to the order number, click the "Request a refund" button and follow the further instructions.

In order to make a refund, we need some basic information about the tickets you want the refund for:
