In order to get a refund for your purchased tickets, please go to your Entrio account at My tickets, sign in with the same login information you purchased tickets with, and find the order you want to refund. Next to the order number, click the "Request a refund" button and follow the further instructions.

Booking fee and any other additional fees, commissions or services issued by Entrio are non-refundable in accordance with the Entrio terms of sale.
