Program Splitskog festivala na Prokurativama otvara glazbena senzacija i Grammyjem nagrađena glazbenica, pjevačica, kantautorica i multiinstrumentalistica Judith Hill. Poznata po suradnji s nekim od najvećih imena u glazbenoj industriji poput Michaela Jacksona, Stevieja Wondera i Princea, Hill je istinska ikona u svijetu glazbe. Judith Hill će se svojim moćnim i zanimljivim vokalom predstaviti hrvatskoj i splitskoj publici, uz pratnju svog zvjezdanog benda čiji su članovi i njezini roditelji Michiko Hill i Robert 'Pee Wee' Hill, glazbene legende na klavijaturama i basu. Predstavit će karakterističnu fuziju soula, bluesa i R&B-a tijekom svog prvog nastupa u Hrvatskoj na splitskim Prokurativama. 

U domaćem dijelu programa nastupit će splitski blues bendovi Otprilike ovako i Harpoon Blues Band koji će tijekom svog dvadesetominutnog programa obraditi po dvije skladbe iz fundusa Splitskih festivala.
