Join us for an evening of delicious and nutritious vegan food and drinks, and at the same time, learn something new that will enhance your life and sense of well-being.
In this educational and experiential workshop, we will show you how to apply the principles of the Anti-Inflammatory Diet, and give a real life example of a meal you can enjoy, which is perfectly balanced according to what the body needs at this exact time of year.
Wellness and Nutrition Expert Gillie Sutherland has collaborated with Head Chef Dina, to present a delicious and nutritious menu you can enjoy on the evening, but also re-create at home, and put what you’ve learned into practise.
