Frank Van Beuningen

Frank is director of PYWMYMIC the longest running angel-investor circle in Benelux; advises individuals and families on impact investments in private equity; and helps viable social entrepreneurs find investors for early seed financing. Frank is a pioneer in the impact investing field. Frank is co-founder of SoCap Europe, founding member of SVN-Europe, long-term member of Investor’s Circle, created the ‘Money Meets Ideas’ seed funding platform; serves on the board of NESsT, as well as several international companies and family foundations, and continues to Put His Money Where His Mouth Is, as advisor to and shareholder in multiple social enterprises.
Margaret McGovern
PYMWYMIC & SOCAP/Europe
Margaret joined PYMWYMIC in 2007, and concentrates on its international initiatives, with a special interest in incubator social enterprise, mobilizing women’s investments, and healthy food systems. Margaret is a seriel entrepreneur: in her hometown, she helped grow a family food enterprise to a multimillion dollar firm, and enjoyed 15 years as founder and CEO of three award-winning media companies. An early advocate of sustainability, she was an initial member of Social Venture Network US to bring sustainability issues to the mainstream. She is a co-founder of SoCap Europe, a founding member of Slow Money (for Slow Food), and co-chair in North America for social innovation platform The Hub.
