Dealing with people, at times, can be challenging. Dealing with developers, at times, can be even more challenging.This is why Talentarium decided to organize a series of Human Resources events for IT industry, with just one purpose: to facilitate all processes and activities related to people in their companies (besides programming, of course).
On our second “Talentarium HR evenings” event, we´ll focus on failures. But not just any failures – the ones that hurt our organization the most – our failures as leaders. We´ll talk about the reasons why leaders fail in their leadership role and why it all looks great in theory until it has to be implemented in practice.
Besides gaining relevant knowledge on “the dark side” of people´s personality, we´ll actively engage you to fail in the leadership role. Yes, you head it correctly! During an interactive event full of workshops and raising self-awareness moments, we´ll try to reveal all of your leadership dark sides. Since the best way to learn something is to try it, this event can replace at least a few team leadership failures. So, why practicing failures on your employees? Practice with us.

About Talentarium hosts:
Lucija Veličan is a psychologist with extensive experience in consulting positions in the field of organizational change, employment, team building and people development. Lucija is a Ph.D. student at Walden University, with specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2017 she received a Future Leaders Award, assigned to the most perspective women ready to take over the management roles in the corporate and public sector. She is certified Hogan Assessment user and holds a Practitioner´s Certificate in Cognitive behavioral therapy.
Ivana Mišak is a psychologist with extensive experience in HR Consulting in IT industry. Besides working with clients to meet their recruitment and development needs, Ivana´s interests include test development, but also web design and research. In Talentarium, Ivana currently leads a research project on the subject of correlation between programmer's personality and their preferred programming languages.
