About the speaker:

Barbara Stampf has more than 15 years of experience in international management of Semiconductors (part of the management team) and 5 years of consulting experience also in the innovative area. Barbara is a member of the adjunct faculty at MIB Trieste School of Management, where she leads the HR Management course. Her main focuses are Training/Facilitation/Coaching, HR Business Partner, and Business Development. Barbara is a very passionate, ambitious and innovative developer of business, partner in HR and teacher/trainer and coach in international context. Her motto is: Dream your life and then do it!

Lucija Veličan is a psychologist with extensive experience in consulting positions in the field of organizational change, employment, team building and people development. Lucija is a Ph.D. student at Walden University, with specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2017 she received a Future Leaders Award, assigned to the most perspective women ready to take over the management roles in the corporate and public sector. She is certified Hogan Assessment user and holds a Practitioner´s Certificate in Cognitive behavioral therapy.
