PWN Zagreb continues with its Programme „BALANS“ through which we introduce real world success stories and best practices. We want to present men and women, successful business people who live gender equality in their environment, to share with us the numerous advantages this approach brought to their organizations. We dedicate this programme to all the women and men who are proud of their (gender) balanced leadership and the results this brings to their companies. This time Ms. Tamara Maćašović and Mr. John Gašparac, management board members of PWC Croatia will present what PWC Croatia does on gender balanced leadership.
