Nakon mjeseci mukotrpnog otkazivanja i odga\u0111anja, organizatori su neminovno po\u010deli usvajati nove modele organizacije te se prilagodili tr\u017ei\u0161nim trendovima koji su se tijekom pandemije dijametralno promijenili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizacija doga\u0111aja je slo\u017een, skup i rizi\u010dan proces koji mora biti osmi\u0161ljen na na\u010din da svojoj ciljanoj publici ispuni o\u010dekivanja. Razni doga\u0111aji poput festivala, koncerata ili izlo\u017ebi, smatraju se izvrsnim prilikama za poticanje rasta i razvoja malih i velikih lokalnih zajednica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><br><strong>Post Pandemijski trendovi u event industriji<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Novi na\u010dini organizacije doga\u0111aja<\/strong><br>Da bi industrija opstala, mnogi su kreativni event eksperti osmislili nove na\u010dine na koje se event industrija ipak mo\u017ee odr\u017eati. Iako se pandemija uskoro posprema u ud\u017ebenik iz povijesti, donosimo ti nekoliko inovativnih opcija za koje su se organizatori odlu\u010dili kako bi event industriju ipak odr\u017eali iznad povr\u0161ine vode: drive-in eventi, online eventi, hibridni eventi, balkonski koncerti, kultura na kota\u010dima i tako dalje. Ako nas je korona i\u0161ta nau\u010dila, to je da ni\u0161ta ne mo\u017eemo planirati unaprijed. Ne mo\u017eemo ni nabrojati koliko se samo festivala, konferencija i koncerata otkazalo ili odgodilo zbog korone. Obavijeni velom nesigurnosti, publika je svoje ulaznice odlu\u010dila kupovati neposredno prije svakog doga\u0111aja. Kako bi se rizik od otkazivanja minimizirao, Early Bird ulaznice zamijenjene su Late Bird ulaznicama. Ionako stresan proces postaje jo\u0161 stresniji obzirom na \u010dinjenicu da je mogu\u0107nost njegova odr\u017eavanja upitna. Poduzimanje svih potrebnih mjera i akcija kako bi se doga\u0111aj uspje\u0161no odr\u017eao uklju\u010duje niz mikro aktivnosti koje su \u010desto u zavisnosti s raznim faktorima &#8211; preference publike, dostupnost lokacije, vremenske (ne)prilike, itd.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shutterstock.com\/image-vector\/colleagues-preparing-corporate-party-time-management-1505856893\"><br><br><\/a><strong>Odr\u017eivost (ekolo\u0161ka i ekonomska)<\/strong><br>Posljednjih je godina tema ekologije i ekolo\u0161ke osvije\u0161tenosti u svijetu izrazito aktualna. Visoka razina zaga\u0111enja okoli\u0161a potaknula je mnoge organizacije, institucije i udruge na zapo\u010dinjanje konkretnih i sustavnih promjena s ciljem za\u0161tite okoli\u0161a. Ekolo\u0161ki odr\u017eiv pristup organizaciji doga\u0111aja postao je dio mnogih koncerata i festivala. Primjerice, reduciranje kori\u0161tenja plasti\u010dnih materijala na na\u010din da se na doga\u0111ajima pije iz jedne \u010da\u0161e cijelu ve\u010der. Za tu \u010da\u0161u se na po\u010detku eventa pla\u0107a polog koji se kupcu vra\u0107a na kraju doga\u0111aja.<br><br><strong>Mali eventi\u00a0<\/strong><br>Manji doga\u0111aji predstavljaju manji rizik za organizatore. Mogu\u0107nost promjena postoji u svakom trenutku i upravo zbog toga organizatori moraju na sve biti spremni u svakom trenutku (reduciranje mjesta, pove\u0107avanje broja mjesta, itd.).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inflacija jede \u017eelje kupaca! <br><\/strong>Ovo nije trend, ali je definitivno izazov s kojim se organizatori suo\u010davaju.<strong> <\/strong>Kao i sami posjetitelji, i organizatori doga\u0111aja su s velikim nestrpljenjem do\u010dekali popu\u0161tanje mjera i dozvolu za ponovno pokretanje raznih projekata koji su naprasno stali po\u010detkom pandemije, Ponuda koncerata, festivala, konferencija, predstava i stand-up predstava je u ovom trenutku zaista bogata i posjetitelji sada imaju problem \u0161to mogu izabrati iz velikog broja evenata, ali je njihova plate\u017ena sposobnost puno slabija nego \u0161to je bila u predpandemijskom razdoblju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.entrio.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/vizual1_HR.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2035\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.entrio.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/vizual1_HR.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.entrio.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/vizual1_HR-768x384.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><figcaption>Pove\u0107anje broja doga\u0111anja popu\u0161tanjem pandemskih mjera<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Navike posjetitelja su se promijenile&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Zatvoreni u svojim domovima, potencijalni su posjetitelji doga\u0111aja isprva negodovali \u0161to su svoje domove pretvorili u centar &#8211; posla, u\u010denja i zabave. Me\u0111utim, ljudi se s vremenom naviknu i na najneobi\u010dnije situacije poput pandemijskih mjera. Ubrzo su po\u010deli cijeniti svoj dom kao sredi\u0161te mnogih aktivnosti kojima su se ina\u010de bavili izvan doma, disproporcija velike ponude doga\u0111aja, visokih cijena ulaznica i novostvorenih navika ljudi izazov s kojim se suo\u010davaju svi organizatori. Kako bi se prilagodili navikama ljudi organizatori su po\u010deli organizirati online i hibridne doga\u0111aje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>ZAKLJU\u010cNO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br><\/strong>Po svojoj prirodi dinami\u010dna i nepredvidiva, event industrija se u posljednjih nekoliko godina suo\u010dila s mnogim ozbiljnim izazovima. Uspje\u0161no ih nadvladati, bio je zahtjevan zadatak.
